Waiver

All participants must sign a waiver before beginning our program

Refunds

Your participation in each program is confirmed upon receipt of registration and payment. Full refunds are available within one week of the class's start date by 8am. In the week before, we can offer a partial refund of 50% until 8am the day of beginning program.

Our programs operate with a fixed number of spots, and if you vacate your spot after your payment, we may not be able to fill those spaces within a week of the class's start time. Thank you for understanding and supporting us! We understand there are extenuating circumstances or emergencies that arise sometimes in a family. If something comes up please reach out directly.

Missed Classes and Cancellations

If you are unable to attend a class due to illness or other scheduling conflicts, a make up session can be arranged in a concurrently running program, or a playgroup in a later season (if they are being offered). Make up sessions are available with advanced scheduling and are not guaranteed.

Playgroups and other programs run on a rain or shine basis. We have lots to learn about nature and ourselves in all seasons, and different weather conditions highlight these lessons in our environment.

However, we reserve the right to cancel if the weather is dangerous. We will follow the Milford school system's lead and cancel if they cancel. We will follow weather warnings from the National Weather Service. We do not offer makeups or refunds for emergency weather situations.
